New Apprenticeship model rule published March 10, 2020

The U.S. Department of Labor announced that it published a final rule that will help expand apprenticeships in the United States by establishing a system for advancing the development of high-quality, Industry-Recognized Apprenticeship Programs (IRAPs).  The rule itself was published March 10, 2020, and remains in the implementation phase until May 10, 2020 at which time it will begin active operations.

Office of Apprenticeship Announces Bulletin 2020-51

The Office of Apprenticeship has issued Bulletin 2020 - 51 – Flexibilities Available for the Delivery Method of Related Instruction.  This bulletin provides supplemental guidance to the previously released Bulletin 2010-13  https://www.doleta.gov/OA/oa_bulletin.cfm
