About
Apprenticeship
Registered Apprenticeship’s “earn while you learn” model is a key component of our nation’s efforts to prepare American workers for successful, sustainable careers while meeting employers’ skilled talent needs.
This Apprenticeship Community is an online resource for apprenticeship and other workforce development leaders, practitioners, and stakeholders to share information and learn about innovative strategies and partnerships successfully expanding apprenticeships throughout the country. It offers information and resources on all things apprenticeship, from employer engagement in traditional and nontraditional apprenticeship industries, to outreach and recruitment efforts that help you articulate the return on investment, to partnerships and resources to help you ensure that the opportunity of apprenticeship is available.
Looking for resources to support your success? Use the search function or review the General Apprenticeship Resources page, which provides a framework for success and links to resources organized by each of the five critical elements for expanding Registered Apprenticeship.
