This Apprenticeship Community is an online resource for apprenticeship and other workforce development leaders, practitioners, and stakeholders to share information and learn about innovative strategies and partnerships successfully expanding apprenticeships throughout the country. It offers information and resources on all things apprenticeship, from employer engagement in traditional and nontraditional apprenticeship industries, to outreach and recruitment efforts that help you articulate the return on investment, to partnerships and resources to help you ensure that the opportunity of apprenticeship is available.

The final event in this series combines all performance reporting resources into one complete picture for OA-managed apprenticeship grantees. Presenters will focus on the Apprenticeship Performance Reporting Resources spreadsheet and review each tab for relevance to various grantee roles. Presenters will explain:
- How and when to use each tab;
- How tabs are related to each other; and
- How and when grantees may use each tab for data collection, data file errors, and QPR troubleshooting.

Event Summary
Measurable Skill Gains (MSG) and Credential Attainment Rate are two primary performance indicators relevant to Registered Apprenticeship programs managed by the Office of Apprenticeship. Interim Credentials, while not a primary performance indicator, also has relevance for registered apprenticeship programs—especially in cases of longer-term programs where the attainment of the registered apprenticeship Certificate of Completion is outside of allowable timeframes.

- The process for submitting the QNR in WIPS and uploading additional documents, if applicable.
- Strategies for troubleshooting PIRL data file errors and how to resolve them.

Part II of this five-part webinar series provides an overview of the Participant Individual Record Layout (PIRL), explains the PIRL Apprenticeship (AP) Schema, and reviews reporting and data collection information on specific data elements collected by OA-managed grants. Grantees will learn about data collection and the connection to the PIRL. Presenters will also introduce edit checks, aggregation rules, and fields in the Quarterly Performance Report (QPR).
